Wok Tok Noodles

1.5

Health claims look clean, but high sodium, ultra processed classification, and average taste make it hard to justify.

18 February 2026

I tried Wok Tok Noodles, which markets itself with claims like No Palm Oil, No Maida, and No Added MSG. Sounds clean and healthy on paper, right?

However, one serving contains 54.82 percent of an adult’s recommended daily salt intake, which is concerning.

Instead of just reading the label, I scanned the barcode using the TruthIn app, and the rating came at 1.5 out of 5. The product falls under ultra processed food with additives, high fat content, and excessive sodium levels.

I paid ₹65 per box, and taste wise, it was disappointing. Considering the nutritional profile, the price does not justify the quality.

Packaged food labels are ultimately our responsibility before buying. Marketing claims alone should never be the deciding factor.
