During the Mana Godavari Series, I tried the famous Vasu Coconut Juice in Rajamahendravaram. It turned out to be one of the most refreshing local drinks I’ve had.
The drink is prepared using fresh tender coconut water along with the soft coconut pulp, which gives it a naturally rich texture. To enhance the taste, they add a small amount of glucose and sugar, making it even more refreshing.
What makes this drink special is the unique flavor of Konaseema coconuts, which have a naturally sweet and distinct taste compared to regular coconuts.
The result is a smooth, cooling drink that feels perfect for the warm weather of the Godavari region. Honestly, one glass doesn’t feel enough because the taste makes you want another immediately.
