Visited Usha Mulpuri's Kitchen, a place known for its authentic Telugu flavors and connection to actor Naga Shaurya’s family. This has been a regular spot, and the recent visit lived up to expectations for the most part.
We started with the Endumirchi Karam Kodi Pulo, and it was impressively tasty with a strong, spicy flavor profile. A great way to begin the meal.
The highlight, without a doubt, was the Mutton Cooker Pulao. This is a next-level dish, rich, flavorful, and worth the wait. It requires a 45-minute pre-order, but it absolutely delivers.
For starters, the Kodi Chips and Chicken Drums were crispy and enjoyable, making them solid picks alongside the mains.
However, the Chepala Pulusu didn’t match the same standard. It felt lacking in flavor, which was a bit surprising compared to the rest of the meal.
The total bill came to ₹1576, which feels reasonable for the quality and quantity offered.
