Telugu Aromas

I visited Telugu Aromas in Kondapur to try their unlimited non veg combo priced at ₹349. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite disappointing.

The first issue started with the poornam, which was spoiled, and even other customers around us were complaining about it. The sheek kabab was one of the worst items I tried there, with a hard texture that felt difficult to chew.

There were also misleading menu descriptions. What was labeled as Chitti Muthyalu Pulao actually tasted like tomato rice, while the Bhagara Rice felt like plain basmati rice without the expected flavor profile.

The vada was dripping with oil, and only a few batches seemed fresh. The chepala fry also didn’t feel fresh, which reduced the overall enjoyment of the meal.

One strange item was the Egg Royyala Iguru, where a half egg was simply floating in prawn curry, making the dish feel unnecessary and poorly conceptualized.

Even the non veg curries overall were below average, which was disappointing considering the restaurant promotes itself as a Telugu cuisine destination.

The unlimited combo concept itself felt misleading, as the quality of the dishes did not justify the offering.

Another major issue was the dining environment. The AC was not working, and the ventilation was poor, making the place uncomfortable to sit in.

For ₹349 per person, the total bill came to ₹1309, but the quality of food did not justify the price.

One more observation: the restaurant seems to respond to negative comments on their reels, but the real improvement needs to happen in the food quality itself.
