I visited Suryakantham Military Hotel in Hitech City to try their ₹180 unlimited buffet.
For the price, the meal felt definitely worth it. The pulihora stood out immediately, with a good balance of flavors. The curries served alongside were also quite tasty, making the overall meal satisfying.
One interesting item was the ragi sangati, which had a soft texture almost like jawa, making it very easy to eat. I ended up going for a second serving, which says a lot about how enjoyable it was.
However, due to the heavy rush at the restaurant, seating became slightly inconvenient, and a few items were unavailable during the visit. Since the focus was mainly on the veg items, I did not try the non veg dishes.
Overall, if the restaurant maintains the same taste and consistency, it has the potential to grow purely through word of mouth without needing influencer promotions.
