A mixed dining experience where the veg continental combo stands out, but service and consistency issues hold it back.

I visited this place in HITEC City. The ambience was decent, but the service was slow and there is no wheelchair accessibility.
We ordered the Veg Indian Thali, Non Veg Meals, Veg Continental Combo, and Veg Spring Rolls.
In the veg thali, the Palak Paneer and Aloo Kurma tasted really good. However, when I asked for an extra bowl, the request was denied. Small gestures like this impact the overall dining experience.
The Non Veg Meals were average, and the chicken curry tasted bad.
The highlight of the visit was the Veg Continental Combo. It included salad, pizza, mini burger, and pasta. All items tasted good and felt worth the money.
The Veg Spring Rolls arrived very late and were undercooked, so the dish was cancelled.
Overall, the experience felt mixed. Some items were genuinely good, but service gaps and inconsistency affected the rating.
