Sio Creamery

I tried desserts from Sio Creamery, a unique ice cream cloud kitchen available only on Swiggy and Zomato. Unlike typical ice cream brands that stick to flavors like vanilla or butterscotch, this place focuses on creative flavors made using natural fruit pulp and unusual ingredients.

One of the best items was the Darkest Chocolate Ice Cream (₹126). It had a rich dark chocolate flavor with balanced sweetness and smooth texture, making it perfect for people who enjoy intense chocolate desserts.

Next was the Cherry Crisp Ice Cream (₹135). This flavor had a pleasant crunch combined with sweet cherry notes, giving it a refreshing and slightly textured experience.

The Wild Berry Lavender Ice Cream (₹126) was quite an unusual combination, but surprisingly it worked well. The floral hint of lavender blended nicely with the berry flavors, creating a balanced and unique taste.

Another interesting item was the Goat Cheese Ice Cream with Cognac Fig Sauce (₹135). This one tasted similar to a cheesecake flavored dessert, with the fig sauce adding a subtle sweetness and complexity.

However, not every flavor worked equally well. The Beet Ice Cream with Mascarpone Cheese and Sesame Seeds (₹126) felt a bit too experimental for my taste. Some adventurous food lovers might enjoy it, but it didn’t suit my preference.

The Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream (₹126) is a seasonal flavor, but personally it didn’t impress me much.

Overall, Sio Creamery is a good option if you want to try unusual ice cream flavors, especially if you are bored of regular options.
