Tasty biryani with well cooked rice, but rude service and inconvenient dine-in experience.

I visited Satti Babu Biryani in Moosapet to try their biryani and a few side items. The experience had a mix of good taste but some noticeable service issues.
The biryani tasted good overall. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the fried chicken pieces complemented the flavor well, making it a satisfying dish.
I also tried Royyala Vepudu. The taste was decent, but the quantity felt quite limited, which made it less satisfying for the price.
For a beverage, I ordered Badam Palu, which tasted fine and refreshing, nothing exceptional but still enjoyable.
One noticeable change was in the seating arrangement. Earlier, the restaurant had indoor seating, but now most of the seating has been shifted outside, which slightly changes the dining experience.
The service was the main downside. The staff behavior felt rude, and another inconvenience was that even dine-in customers were given packed food, which made the experience feel more like takeaway rather than dining at the restaurant.
Overall, while the biryani itself was tasty, the service and dining setup affected the experience.
The total bill came to ₹640.
