I stopped by a roadside stall opposite Raidurg Police Station after seeing reels about their Ragi Sangati with Kodi Koora priced at ₹100.
By the time we reached, only ragi sangati was available, and the kodi koora had very limited chicken pieces left. Despite that, the taste of the curry was impressive. The flavors were strong and worked well with the sangati.
The ragi sangati itself felt slightly unbalanced. It seemed to contain less ragi flour and more rice, which affected the authentic texture. With a better ragi to rice ratio, this dish could easily reach the next level.
Even though the quantity of chicken pieces was very limited, the overall flavor profile stood out, making it a satisfying quick street food stop.
For ₹100, it still felt like a decent experience, though improving the portion of chicken would make it better.
