Palle Vindu

Good ambience and excellent rasam, but slow service and average food affect the experience.

I visited Palle Vindu in Kukatpally to try their traditional style meal. While the ambience created a positive first impression, the overall experience was affected mainly by the service.
The service was extremely slow. It took more than 30 minutes for the first items to arrive, and even after that, the rest of the dishes came with further delays. The servers appeared uninterested and communication was poor, which made the dining experience frustrating.
Coming to the taste, the food was average overall. The rasam stood out as the best item, with a rich and satisfying flavor.
Some dishes were unique but needed improvement. The Aritikaya Bajji and Veg Fish Pulusu were interesting concepts, but the execution could have been better.
The poori was too oily, which made it less enjoyable. The other curries were just okay, without any dish strongly standing out apart from the rasam.
One aspect that I really liked was the ambience. The place felt welcoming and pleasant, but unfortunately the poor service overshadowed the overall experience.
The total bill came to ₹753.
