Nataka Kitchen & Cafe

Premium ambience cannot compensate for slow service and inconsistent execution across the menu.

17 November 2025

I visited Nataka Kitchen & Cafe in Jubilee Hills. The ambience initially set strong expectations with its premium and inviting setup. However, the overall experience struggled due to slow service and inconsistent dish quality.

The Malai Broccoli took around 30 minutes to arrive. The broccoli was raw and the malai had an odd taste. The replacement dish felt reheated rather than freshly prepared.

The Thai Green Curry had completely off colour and texture, and we ended up cancelling it.

The Guthivankaya Pulao was oily, the brinjal was undercooked, and the biryani rice felt mismatched with the preparation.

The Grilled Fish with Herb Rice turned out to be the highlight of the meal.

The fish was tender and paired well with the flavorful herb rice.

The Veg Miso Ramen had good toppings, but the broth tasted bland, almost like boiled water.

A service charge was added despite the slow and inconsistent service, and even the cancelled item appeared on the bill initially. The total for three members came to ₹3007.

Ambience is good and valet parking is available. Kitchen hygiene is something diners should personally verify.
