A meal with decent paneer butter masala, but the pappu charu annam and lassi fail to impress.
3 April 2025
I visited Mirapakaya Restaurant in Madhapur to try a few items from their menu.
The Pappu Charu Annam looked quite promising when served. However, the taste did not match the expectation. Instead of having the comforting flavor usually associated with this dish, it felt closer to plain rice, almost giving the impression of poorly infused pappu charu.
The Paneer Butter Masala was better in comparison. The gravy tasted good, but it would have been even better if the consistency was slightly thicker.
The Pulka was served soft and hot, which paired nicely with the paneer curry.
For drinks, I tried the Lassi, but it turned out to be disappointing. Instead of the creamy texture expected from lassi, it tasted more like cardamom flavored juice.
There was also a combo offer available on the menu, but after evaluating the items included, it did not feel worth trying.
The total bill came to ₹988.
