Ministry of South (Temporarily closed)

Good ambience but disappointing food and poor handling of customer feedback.

We visited Ministry of South Bar and Kitchen in Gachibowli and ordered their Special Chicken Boneless Biryani.
When the biryani arrived, it was cold, almost as if it had come from a parcel order rather than freshly prepared in the kitchen. Since we were already hungry, we went ahead and ate it. The taste was decent, but the quantity felt less for the price, which was ₹420.
Later, we ordered Mutton Kheema Pulao and specifically requested the staff to fry the kheema properly. They politely agreed and said they would take care of it.
However, once the dish arrived and we started eating, it turned out to be quite disappointing. The pudina flavor was too overpowering, and the kheema itself felt undercooked.
When we informed the staff, one server initially responded positively and said they would replace the dish. But shortly afterward, another server came and bluntly said, “This is how it is meant to be.”
At that point, my friend sarcastically remarked that maybe we had never eaten kheema pulao before, highlighting the arrogant tone of the response.
Even though we had barely touched the dish, the restaurant neither replaced it nor removed it from the bill.
We also tried their Fruit Punch, which turned out to be decent compared to the other items.
The total bill came to ₹1338.
