A quick and satisfying food truck stop with super soft dosa, but hygiene and parking need improvement.

Around 3 PM when most restaurants were closed, we pivoted to Minerva Xpress, a nearby food truck in Madhapur. Operations were fast, but hygiene could definitely be strengthened. It is fully self service, has no seating, and parking access is tough.
We ordered Corn Rice, Sambar Rice, and Super Soft Set Dosa.
The Corn Rice priced at ₹90 offered generous quantity and tasted good.
The raita and mirchi ka salan were decent. Interestingly, mixing it with sambar made it even better.
The Sambar Rice Bowl priced at ₹80 was comforting and a safe pick for sambar lovers.
The Super Soft Set Dosa priced at ₹100 lived up to its name. It was served hot, extremely soft, and paired perfectly with palli chutney. It was tempting enough to order another plate.
Overall, it works well as a quick afternoon fix when options are limited.
