Korika

I tried desserts from Korika, a brand known for its premium brownies and cookies that are currently available on Swiggy. The concept here is simple: desserts paired with rich signature sauces, which completely change the overall experience.

We started with the Brownies Pack (4 pieces with caramel sauce – ₹900). The brownie itself tasted quite regular, nothing very extraordinary. However, once we paired it with the caramel sauce, the entire experience changed. The sauce was rich, smooth, and flavorful, and honestly it outshined the brownie itself.

Next, we tried the Brookie (cookie). The cookie had a nice crispy texture, but it felt like something was missing in the flavor when eaten alone. But once we added the hazelnut sauce, it suddenly became a perfect combination, making the dessert much more enjoyable.

One thing Korika does really well is packaging. The packaging looks premium and well designed, which makes it a good gifting option for special occasions.

However, the pricing feels slightly high for the quantity and base dessert quality. The real highlight here is definitely the sauces that elevate the overall taste.
