A decent veg thali experience with great service, though the jeedi pappu kheema vepudu needs improvement.

I visited Kavyam in Jubilee Hills to try their veg thali along with one of their special dishes.
We ordered two Veg Thalis and Jeedi Pappu Kheema Vepudu. The veg thali came with poori, papad, sweet, two curries, fry, sambar, rasam, and curd, giving a balanced traditional meal experience.
The overall taste of the thali was decent. Nothing felt extraordinary, but it was satisfying and well served.
However, the Jeedi Pappu Kheema Vepudu was a disappointment. The dish didn’t meet expectations because it felt undercooked, which affected both the texture and overall flavor.
One positive aspect was the service. The staff accepted our feedback politely and assured us they would work on improving the dish, which is always a good sign.
The experience ended on a pleasant note with their music playlist creating a relaxing ambience, and they also served a complimentary khili (paan) at the end of the meal.
The total bill came to ₹1478 including service charge, which felt reasonable considering the attentive service.
