Itminaan & Daily Kitchen

1.5
Two back to back cloud kitchen orders delivered consistent disappointment, with branding stronger than flavour.
4 January 2026
After taking a long break from food delivery apps, I placed two orders on consecutive days. Day 1 raised doubts. Day 2 connected the dots. Both orders turned out to be from the same cloud kitchen, and the experience remained consistently underwhelming.
The Khadayi Wala Paneer Feast Thali lacked taste and overall quality. It felt poorly executed and forgettable.
The Chicken Masala Curry Feast Thali followed the same pattern. Nothing memorable, nothing that justified ordering again.
Among the sides, Gulab Jamun was decent, and Moong Dal Halwa was good.
The Murgh Makhani Matka Biryani (1 kg) was average. The “slow cooked matka” positioning felt more like branding than actual depth of flavour.
Overall, two consecutive orders delivered the same outcome, which speaks more about consistency than coincidence.
