Ikea

A budget friendly food stop where the non veg platter and bakery items stand out.
10 February 2025
I visited IKEA Hyderabad and decided to try a few items from their food section. Surprisingly, the food quality was quite good for the price, making it a great option for a budget friendly meal.
The Non Veg Platter was the highlight of the visit. It was impressive and satisfying, performing better than what many regular restaurants offer at a similar price point.
Next, I tried the Biryani, which had flavorful rice and tender chicken tikka pieces. The taste was enjoyable, though the name of the dish felt slightly misleading for what was actually served.
For dessert, the Cheesecake was soft and smooth, almost melting in the mouth. However, it lacked the crispy crust base that usually completes a good cheesecake.
The Butter Croissant was another pleasant surprise. It had a perfect texture with a crispy outer layer and soft interior, making it a good bakery item to try.
One of the best deals here is the Unlimited Coffee Refill offer at ₹90 per cup, which makes it great for people who enjoy sitting and sipping multiple cups.
Another small bonus is that if your bill crosses ₹500, you get a complimentary Chocolate Cake, which adds extra value to the meal.
Overall, IKEA’s food section offers good taste at budget friendly prices, making it worth trying when you visit the store.
