I visited Hotel Vishnu Sri in Kukatpally, a restaurant that has been serving authentic flavours for over 30 years! My friend recommended it, so I had to give it a try.
We began with their special tiny crab fry – packed with masala and bursting with flavour. A chilled lassi followed, which was decent.
For the main course, we ordered:
Jeera Rice with Dal – reminded me of comforting homemade pappu.
Godavari Special Fish Curry with White Rice – rich, tangy, and perfectly balanced.
Chicken Fry Piece Biryani – aromatic, with well-marinated pieces.
Even though we only ordered three dishes, the quantity and quality were spot-on. We wrapped up with thick and delicious curd, a perfect end to the meal.
The bill came to ₹1893 for 4 people, making it a great value considering the authenticity and generous portions. If you’re craving Konaseema-style flavours in Hyderabad, Hotel Vishnu Sri won’t disappoint.
