I visited Hotel Lalitha Mahal in Rajamahendravaram, a restaurant with over 65 years of history known for its traditional vegetarian meals. The experience felt simple, authentic, and satisfying.
The restaurant serves unlimited vegetarian meals for just ₹110, which is quite impressive considering the quality and quantity. If you want a parcel, they charge ₹10 extra, making it ₹120.
Every day, around 500 people dine here, which shows how popular this place is among locals.
The meals are served very quickly, usually within 3 to 4 minutes, on a banana leaf, giving it a traditional touch. The meal begins with a sweet and pulihora, followed by various curries and hot rice.
The taste of the food was excellent, giving the comforting feeling of a wholesome, homely meal. The simplicity and authenticity of the food are what make this place special.
