Fursat Kitchen & Bar

I visited Fursat Kitchen & Bar in Madhapur expecting a proper meal experience, but the visit turned out to be more frustrating than satisfying.

The first surprise was the biryani combo priced at ₹399, where the restaurant proudly counted papad as part of the package, almost like a premium garnish. Considering the price, the variety and quantity felt quite limited.

Interestingly, the restaurant was almost completely empty, which made the dining experience feel more like a private setup than a busy restaurant.

A colored soda was served initially, which looked vibrant but didn’t add much to the overall experience. The mutton curry that followed felt extremely tough, almost like it was testing the strength of your jaw rather than delivering a satisfying meal.

The prawns curry felt underwhelming, both in quantity and quality, almost resembling a small sample rather than a proper dish.

The boiled egg served with the meal was dry and lacked flavor, adding very little to the plate.

For dessert, we were served a Mango Delight, which tasted average and didn’t really elevate the meal.

One of the few positives was the soft roti paired with chicken curry, which turned out to be decent and enjoyable, even though it wasn’t exceptional.

Another odd moment came when we ordered fish tikka but received something different, though it was still served under the same name. 

Whether that was creativity or a mistake is unclear.

Overall, the meal felt limited, inconsistent, and overpriced, especially considering the total bill of ₹1811.
