Firestone Grill Buffet

I visited Firestone Grill Buffet at Lulu Mall, Kukatpally to try their buffet, but the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing.

The biggest concern during the visit was poor hygiene. There were cockroaches visible on the floor, which immediately raised serious questions about the restaurant’s cleanliness and food safety standards.

Another major issue was the food quality. Some of the dishes felt like they might have been prepared the previous day, lacking freshness and proper taste.

The mocktail served was extremely bad. Just one sip was enough to realize it was undrinkable, making it one of the worst beverages I’ve had at a buffet.

The restaurant also promotes a special "Firestone" dish, which sounded promising. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was served cold and completely failed to live up to the hype.

Service added to the frustration. Staff members repeatedly asked what we wanted, but in many cases the items were never actually served, making the dining experience confusing and inefficient.

Even the dessert section was disappointing. Something as simple as watermelon felt poorly presented and lacked freshness, which reflected the overall quality of the buffet.

Overall, the combination of hygiene concerns, poor food quality, and ineffective service made this one of the worst buffet experiences.
