A budget friendly ₹200 meal with good biryani and pulihora, though the sweet and tea disappoint.

I visited Dakshina Desapu Ruchulu near N Convention in Hitech City to try their ₹200 veg meals. For the price, the number of items served was quite surprising, and the experience turned out to be better than expected overall.
The meal included items like vegetable biryani, pulihora, mirapakaya bajji, roti pachadi, vankaya vepudu, kandi podi with ghee, and curd. Among these, the vegetable biryani and pulihora stood out with good flavor, making them the highlights of the meal.
Another memorable part was the kandi podi with ghee, which had a nostalgic homemade feel and paired perfectly with rice.
The side dishes such as mirapakaya bajji, roti pachadi, and vankaya vepudu were decent, adding variety to the plate.
However, not everything worked well. The sweet served with the meal was disappointing and had a slightly stale smell, which affected the overall experience.
We also ordered tea, but it turned out to be below average.
In terms of ambience, the place felt pleasant and comfortable, though service could definitely improve.
The total bill came to ₹672, which included three meals, two teas, and one water bottle.
