Dai's Pahadi Momos

A budget friendly momo spot delivering good flavors with a Himalayan touch.
1 October 2024
As part of the Budget Bites series, I checked out a small stall in Madhapur’s Ayyappa Society Dai's Pahadi Momos. This place brings a touch of Himalayan-style momos to the local street food scene.
We tried both Veg Steam Momos and Manchurian Chicken Momos.
The Veg Steam Momos were soft, well steamed, and had a clean, simple flavor, making them a good choice if you prefer lighter snacks.
The Manchurian Chicken Momos had a stronger flavor profile, with a slight Indo-Chinese twist. The filling was juicy and satisfying, making them the better pick among the two.
Each plate comes with 6 pieces, served with chilli sauce and mayonnaise, which complement the momos well. The combination works especially well if you like experimenting with dips.
What stands out here is the pricing everything is under ₹100, making it a solid option for a quick, budget friendly bite. Also, for a street setup, the place felt reasonably hygienic.
