A satisfying dhaba style meal with juicy chicken roast and great kaju tomato gravy, though the famous Ramba Chicken feels slightly overhyped.

I visited Chiranjeevi Dhaba in Nallagandla after hearing a lot of hype around their Ramba Chicken. The place has a typical dhaba style setup, and overall the meal turned out to be quite satisfying.
We started with Chicken Roast (bone) – ₹300. The first look itself was tempting with roasted chillies and curry leaves on top. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and had that classic dhaba style flavour, making it one of the strong dishes of the meal.
Next was Egg Tadka – ₹240. It contained multiple dals mixed together, giving slightly different flavours in each bite. It was not bad but didn’t stand out much for me personally.
Among the gravies, the Kaju Tomato – ₹240 turned out to be the best dish of the meal. It had a nice tangy profile with crispy kaju pieces, making it something food lovers will enjoy pairing with rotis or pulkas.
The much talked about Ramba Chicken – ₹310 felt slightly overhyped. The omelette topping seemed mostly decorative, but the chicken itself was flavorful and still worth trying.
To pair with the curries, we ordered Pulkas – ₹12 each (20 pcs total ₹240). They were soft, served hot, and worked perfectly with the gravies.
Overall, this place works well as a family friendly dhaba style meal spot with satisfying food and quick service.
The total bill came to ₹1330.
