Biryani Factory

Not the best in Hyderabad, but a solid biryani spot with flavorful rice and satisfying pulao.

After multiple influencer posts and follower requests, I visited Biryani Factory to see if it truly deserves the tag of Hyderabad’s best biryani.
We ordered the Factory Special Chicken Biryani (₹240). The first thing that stood out was the rice. It was perfectly cooked, slightly moist, and flavorful enough to enjoy even on its own. The chicken came in a semi gravy style with well infused spices, which blended really well with the rice.
Next was the Chicken Fry Piece Pulao (₹220). This dish had a medium spice level, and the gravy style chicken fry piece paired nicely with the pulao. Both the rice and chicken were impressive and satisfying.
Coming to the service, it was slightly slow, mainly because only one person was handling everything, which affected the overall experience.
So, is this Hyderabad’s best biryani? Not really. But it’s definitely one of the better options you can try in this area.
Note: “Bakasura Approved” applies only to the two dishes mentioned above. Other items were not tested.
The total bill came to ₹500 for two members, which is quite reasonable.
