Bhojanam Thali

3.5
Great ambience and flavorful biryani, but operational lapses and minor inconsistencies affect the overall experience.

I visited Bhojanam Thali in Jubilee Hills with high expectations to try their much talked about Bhojanam Thali. Unfortunately, the thali itself was out of stock when we reached. The staff mentioned that the kitchen team had not informed them earlier.
We then ordered Paneer Kurkure priced at ₹369. Crispy on the outside and soft, fresh paneer inside. It tasted even better when dipped in the sauce. A solid starter.
Next was Guthi Vankaya Biryani. The rice flavor and masala were genuinely next level. The first serving had undercooked brinjal pieces, but after informing the staff, they re-cooked and served properly cooked pieces.
The Mango Lassi had a strong cardamom flavor that dominated the drink. Personally not my preference, but taste can vary from person to person.
The ambience was genuinely impressive and well done. Valet parking is available. There is no wheelchair accessibility. Kitchen hygiene assessment is something customers should personally observe during their visit.
