A buffet experience ruined by poor service, raw and undercooked food, and disappointing desserts.

I visited Barbecue Holic in Gachibowli expecting a typical unlimited buffet experience. Unfortunately, the visit turned into a complete disappointment from start to finish.
The service itself was poor, and the food quality made the situation worse.
Starting with the starters, none of the items felt fresh. Most of them tasted like they had been taken straight from frozen stock. The prawns were raw, which is a serious quality concern. Even the penne pasta was completely undercooked, making it difficult to eat.
Moving to the main course, the situation did not improve. The vegetable biryani looked more like pulihora and the taste was equally disappointing. None of the main course items stood out in a positive way.
The desserts were another major letdown, continuing the same pattern of poor execution.
To make things worse, the welcome drink was served at the end of the meal, which completely defeated the purpose of a welcome drink.
Unfortunately, it also turned out to be one of the worst tasting items of the entire visit.
Overall, the buffet failed on multiple levels including service, food freshness, and execution.
Total bill came to ₹2527.
