AURUM 24

I visited AURUM 24 in Tellapur (Osman Nagar Road, Hyderabad) and tried a mix of Asian and grill dishes. The visit turned out to be a pleasant dining experience overall, especially with a District discount offer running at the time.

We started with Thai Green Curry with Jasmine Rice (₹488). I specifically requested the curry to be thick and creamy. The first serving arrived a bit thin, but the staff promptly remade it exactly as requested. The second version was rich, creamy, and easily one of the better Thai green curries I’ve had.

Next was the Korean Kimchi Ramen (₹473). The broth was average, but the bowl was generously loaded with vegetables, kimchi, chicken, and noodles, making it a filling dish.

The Chicken Peri Peri (₹424) was recommended by the staff when I asked for something spicy but not deep fried. It came in a seekh style presentation, which looked unique. The chicken was tender with a strong tandoori aroma and a satisfying spice level. The dip served along with it complemented the dish well.

For a vegetarian option, we tried Tandoori Mushroom (₹401). This dish looked impressive when served and delivered equally in taste. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked with balanced spices and a good stuffing, making it a solid recommendation for vegetarian diners.

Among beverages, the Virgin Pinacolada (₹259) was creamy with a strong coconut flavour and balanced sweetness, making it refreshing. We also ordered a Coca-Cola (₹80).

An interesting highlight was their Terchu bottled water. The staff explained that although the bottle has an MRP of ₹395, there was a promotional offer allowing customers to buy it for ₹50. We liked the offer enough to pack three bottles to take home.

The service was friendly and accommodating, especially when handling requests like remaking the curry. Ambience felt pleasant, creating a comfortable dining experience.

The total bill was ₹2530, but after applying the District discount, the final amount paid was ₹1265, which made the overall experience feel even more worthwhile.
