Antervedi Telugu Kitchen and Bar

0

A place that promises Telugu authenticity but fails in both taste and service.

13 October 2024

I visited Antervedi, expecting an authentic Telugu food experience. But this turned out to be one of the most disappointing visits.

The place tries to create a Telugu vibe with names, music, and presentation, but unfortunately, authenticity and quality were missing.

We ordered meals, and not a single curry stood out. In fact, one of the curries was clearly spoiled with a strong smell. Even the server tasted it and chose to set it aside, which says a lot.

The poori was not fresh and felt like it was prepared earlier and reheated, affecting both texture and taste.

Coming to non-veg items:

Chicken Fry (₹145) had a very small portion, not even 4 proper pieces.

Mutton Fry (₹195) was disappointing in both taste and quantity.

The situation worsened with the service, which was rude and unresponsive, even for basic requests.

Overall, it felt like the idea of Telugu food was being presented without delivering the actual quality, which made the experience even more disappointing.

The total bill came to ₹1540.
