I visited Annapurna Mess on Madhapur 100 Ft Road to try their ₹150 Telugu buffet style meal. For the price, it offers a fairly generous spread and feels like a good option for people looking for a budget friendly meal.
The meal includes sweet, pulihora, ragi sangati, pappu, two curries, a fry, pachadis, rasam, sambar, and even pachi pulusu. Except for the sweet and fry, most of the items are served unlimited, which makes the meal filling and satisfying.
The pulihora and ragi sangati combinations worked well, and having items like pachi pulusu and pappu added a nice traditional touch to the meal.
Along with the meal, we also ordered Royyala Iguru, hoping for a flavorful prawn curry. Unfortunately, this dish turned out to be a bit disappointing compared to the rest of the meal.
Overall, considering the price of ₹150 and the variety offered, the meal felt quite satisfying and budget friendly.
The total bill came to ₹730.
