Amruth Organic Honey

3.5

A small honey brand experimenting with flavors where the amla infused honey stands out the most.

This review is part of Homegrown Heroes – Episode 3, where we support small businesses making genuine, home crafted products.

This is not a paid promotion but a barter collaboration, and the feedback is based entirely on my personal experience.

This time I tried four varieties of certified organic honey from a local brand.

The Organic Honey (₹450) tasted very similar to regular honey. While it was good in quality, it did not offer anything particularly unique in flavor.

Next was the Lemon Honey (₹450). I expected a slight tangy twist from the lemon infusion, but the taste felt almost identical to plain honey.

The Amla Infused Honey (₹450) turned out to be my favorite among the four. It had a pleasant sweetness with a mild amla touch, making it a good option for those who like something sweet after meals.

Finally, the Rose Honey (₹450) had a flavor profile similar to gulkand. It was aromatic and flavorful, but it felt like something that works better in small quantities or when mixed into dishes rather than eating directly in large amounts.

Overall, it is nice to see small businesses experimenting with flavored honey, with the amla infused honey standing out the most.
